Budova bývalé meštanské školy v obci Dolní Belá. Budova škola stojí v centru obce. Dnes zde sídlí mestský úrad této obce.
Do této školy chodil také výtnamný technik, konstruktér a vynálezce Ludvík Oceniášek. Ten zde má také odhalenou památecní desku.
