This plant has facilities on both sides of Hwy-19, with part of the plant having new shiny steel and concrete facilities and part being the older style brick facilities. The city is rightly proud of this facility which can treat an average daily flow of 20 MGD with a peak flow capacity of 40 MGD, and has a website that describes the operation which can be found
