This orientation table is located at the peak of Mount Rigi, about 200 meters from the top station of the cog railway. The view is to the South over Lake Lucerne to the Swiss Alps.
The table shows the names of hundreds of Alpine mountains that can be seen from here on a clear day. When I was there visibility was down to less than 200 meters due to heavy clouds.
