In actuality, I could find little hard information about this hospital. There is little online, and little English is spoken in the hospital, however, it is clearly a public hospital (the lack of glitz makes that clear). I can also add that the hospital never looks that busy. I also judge that the hospital specialises in ophthalmology, based upon the one English language sign I came across (in gallery). There seems to be no emergency entrance.
