Place an octagonal shaped building atop a large pipe and this is what you get. Call it a hatbox on a pole or a Bed & Breakfast worth waiting for a superlative view of Lake Superior with lots of windows, whatever it is, it is awesome. It probably also means lots of window washing, but the view is worth it.
