CZ: Tento dub letní (Quercus robur) je jedním z nekolika dubu na území mesta Ostravy zarazených do seznamu památných stromu, kam byl zapsán v roce 1999. Stojí na okraji zástavby ve Staré Belé, jednoho z okrajových obvodu mesta Ostravy. Obvod jeho kmene – pred rozdvojením – ciní 461 cm, na výšku merí 23 metru a šírka jeho koruny je asi 21 metru. Pres svuj vek – 150 let – se teší dobrému zdraví. Chránen je pro svou vysokou estetickou, ale také sadovnickou hodnotu.
EN: This oak – Quercus robur – is one of several oaks in Ostrava city registered as memorable trees of the Czech republic. It was signed to the list of memorable trees in 1999 especially for its esthetic value. It is situated on the edge of Stará Belá, a periphery part of Ostrava city. It is 23 m high, its crown is 21 m wide and its girth is 461 cm. Though its age is about 150 years, its health is still very good.
