Found these bells by accident and there is little I can tell about them. While I was walking around them, taking pictures and staring, a local man approached and started explaining me things about the bells. Unfortunately it was in French. The only thing I could understand is that the place where the bells originally were was destroyed and so now they are there, just at ground level, on the square. There is an inscription with the year of one of the bells: 1894. Meanwhile I researched a bit and found out that the bells are all that remains of the neo-Gothic church St. Gertrude which was at the center of the square between 1882 and 1993. It was demolished because it threatened to collapse.
