CZ: Tento platan javorolistý (Platanus acerifolia) je druhým, neméne hezkým a jen o málo méne mohutným platanem u ostravského Výstavište. Jeho výška ciní 22 m, obvod kmene pak 420 cm. Vysazen byl nekdy kolem roku 1930, po likvidaci haldy, která tu kdysi byla. Jeho vek je tedy nyní kolem 80 let. Jeho zdravotní stav je dobrý. Pro nespornou estetickou hodnotu byl již v roce 1981 zarazen mezi památné stromy Ceské republiky.

It is about 80 years old and its health is good. Especially for its esthetic value was the plane registered in 1981 as a memorable tree of the Czech republic.
