On a hill, to the east of the city of Phnom Penh, is one of the classy night clubs in the city—some would say the classiest. Rumour has it that the daughter of the permanent Prime Minister of Cambodia is a major part owner, but I am sure that is just a malicious rumour spread by malicious people.
Atop the entrance way to this grand edifice of pop entertainment is an impressive set of neon advertising the name and function. Inside, well, a band, lots of flat screen tvs showing old movies, dancers, and happy and dancing young Cambodians.
