This piece was created by another talented and interesting Canadian artist. Bill Vazan was born in Toronto in 1933. He studied Fine Arts at the Ontario College of Art in Toronto and at École des beaux-arts in Paris. He now lives and teaches in Montréal.

"Chaos Speaks (1987)
Toronto-based sculptor Bill Vazan explores the relationship between nature and culture in this piece, located just east of Soldier's Tower (7 Hart House Circle). Consisting of an unfinished granite rock adorned with rudimentary carvings, Chaos Speaks explores the dichotomies of bedlam and order, as well as the mystical and the everyday."
