CZ: Tento strom – jerlín japonský (Styphnolobium japonicum, nekdy též Sophora japonica) sice nepatrí mezi památné stromy Ceské republiky, ale urcite by si to zasloužil. Jednak proto, že je to strom velmi neobvyklý v Ceské republice (i v Evrope), zadruhé pro svou krásu a v neposlední rade pro své rozmery. Vysoký je sice jen 17 metru, ale jeho koruna je 24 metru široká a obvod kmene dosahuje 585 cm, a to presto, že mu je teprve asi 130 let. Zvlášte vyvinutý má korenový systém, který každého na první pohled upoutá. Asi od roku 1995 je chránen alespon malým plutkem.
EN: Although this pagodatree (Styphnolobium japonicum or Sophora japonica) was not declared memorable tree, it is undoubtedly an exceptional tree. It is very unusual tree in the Czech republic (and Europe) and it is a very beautiful tree. And the last reason is that it is a really majestic tree. It is 17 m high, but its crown is 24 m wide and its girth is 585 cm, though it is only 130 years old. Especially its root system is markedly developed. Since 1995 it has been protected by a small fence.
