Old wooden two story school building in a town where copper was once king.

Building is currently houses the Houghton Township offices and also serves as a community center. Interesting location as it was across the street from a plant that manufactured fuses used for blasting in the area copper mines. Condition is excellent and it still has the old bell tower in the roof.
