The Lohman Funeral Home was originally built in 1890 to serve as a private home for Louis Bohne. The house was designed in a Mediterranean Revival style. The house was later converted to serve as a funeral home. Behind the house is the former livery stables which where built in 1893. In recent years the former funeral home has been converted to a family service agency. It is not apparent what used the livery stable has been converted to.
