Long Description:
The National Trust owns a lot of the Welsh coast, including this cove and surrounding land south of New Quay. There are a number of public footpaths to wander around the area plus spectacular scenery and wildlife.

There is free parking at the National Trust car park on the sea front. Adjacent to the car park is the old Lime Kiln.

Wildlife that can been seen include seals, dolphins, porpoises, wild ponies and red kite.

This site is a bit off the beaten track, and as a result used to be used by smugglers. Nowadays, you can either drive there down minor roads, or take the coastal footpath from New Quay.

Open 24/7, but be careful on the cliff-top paths in bad weather.
