The shelter is located in a dormitory of Trinity Lutheran College in Issaquah, Washington. The Trinity campus leases space to the Sammamish YMCA which is how I happened to stumble across the sign.
Clearly the dormitory is private property so it cannot be entered but it is easily seen when entering the swimming pool area.
I have contacted the college via email and requested an opportunity to see the Fallout Shelter. If I am successful in my request I will post photographs here.
