Cullman's historic downtown was devastated by a tornado that struck on April 27, 2011. This old sign survived, but just barely. This sign was an alternating sign, first Steele, then Furniture, which was clear tubes mounted over the Steele tubes. If you look closely at the default photo you can see part of the Furnitures 'R' at the bottom of the sign.
