A plaque dedicated to Sir Harold Malcolm Watts Sargent near the entrance to the pier in Llandudno.

A world renowned conductor of choral works, Sir Malcolm Sargent spent two seasons from 1926 as the conductor of Rivière's Orchestra at the Llandudno pier pavilion.

The plaque in bi-lingual, the English text reads:

SIR MALCOLM SARGENT
1895 - 1967
World famous orchestra conductor.
Early career started at Pier Pavilion
and lasted two seasons.
Type of Historic Marker: Red metal plaque.
