Long Description:
New Castle, Indiana is home to the largest high school gymnasium in the country. The Basketball Hall of Fame explores the history and legends of Hoosier Hysteria. The pavers are displayed in a map format of the State of Indiana superimposed on the form of a basketball. Bricks were sold and placed near the home town or school of the honoree. A great place to visit and relive memories. The map of bricks is 70 feet long and 36 feet wide. The Hall of Fame simply states there are "thousands" of bricks in the display.
