The Monument to the Victims of Communism, located in Prague, was inaugurated on the 22md May 2002, created by the sculptor Olbram Zoubek and the architects Jan Kerel and Zdenek Hoelzel.

The original designation of the monument, in Czech, is "Pomník obetem komunismu" and it's composed by seven human representations, in a crescendo of decomposition. Originally there were seven elements, but one was destroyed by a bomb attack in 2003.
