This is a 500,000 Gal., 90 foot powder blue lollipop style water tower built in 1990 by the CBI Na-Con, Inc.; Oak Brook, IL. The picture on the bulb of the tower is a duck in a marsh scene over MARSHFIELD over The City in the Center, in black.
