This bike rack on the UCO campus is always packed to capacity when school is in session. With 400 students living in West Hall, and this bike rack just outside the main entrance, it's the place everyone wants to park their bicycle.
The West Hall bike rack is on the east side of the Max Chambers Library, near the center of campus.
