There is a lot to be said about this place. First of all, the great atmosphere. The cheese, provided by the sheep farmer which goes to the brewery to collect dregs every week. Word is the opening time is so strict because the brewery can't produce more beer, which anyway is completely sold out by the end of each day.
By the way, the walls of the tasting room are covered by what is one of the largest collections of beer bottles in Europe. This collection belongs to Gijs de Graaff , who has displayed most of his bottles in the tasting room for years.
