Roswell is a town in Miner County, South Dakota, located just west of Howard, on SD Highway 34. It was served by the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad from 1883 until 1972.
Its population was 21 at the 2000 census but has since dropped to 18 as of July 2009.
The town was incorporated on October 3, 1883.
