"DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1963 1.2 MI W FROM SAN JOSE. 1.2 MILES WEST ALONG MOORPARK AVENUE FROM THE ENTRANCE TO SAN JOSE CITY COLLEGE AT SAN JOSE, AT THE JUNCTION OF WINCHESTER BOULEVARD, AT BRIDGE NO. 37-195, CEMENTED IN A DRILL HOLE IN THE TOP OF THE SOUTH CONCRETE ABUTMENT OF THE BRIDGE OVERCROSSING, 135 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF MOORPARK AVENUE, 55 FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF WINCHESTER BOULEVARD, 1.6 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE ABUTMENT, FLUSH WITH THE SIDEWALK, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT LOWER THAN THE BOULEVARD."
