This is the so called 'Illerursprung'. It's the official origin of the Iller River in Oberstdorf, Germany, Bayern.
The name 'Illerursprung' means 'Origin of the Iller' but it's a confluence not an origin.
It's the place where three (!) rivers come to gether to build the Iller River. The three rivers are:
- Breitach
- Stillach
- Trettach
The length of the Iller River is about 147km. It's destination is in Ulm into the Donau River (Danube).
The coordinates were taken between the Breitach and the Stillach River.
