This old gas station sits on the northwest corner of Main and Broadway. in this town of about 650 people.
This is concrete block building with tall windows in the office area. A flat, triangular roof extends out from the office to the pump island, although its size and placement would not have protected much from the weather. At one time, there were four pumps on the double island, although there is no indication as to what brand gas they delivered.
North of the office area are two service bays. The building is currently occupied by G.G. Farmland, a company which builds barns, pole barns, storage buildings, carports and other commercial buildings.
