A solitary silo stands on Hwy 31 North of town. It's just barely in the city limits. This is a very busy area with shopping centers almost surrounding the silo. I wonder how long before it will be demolished.
I think this is a cement stave silo with metal reinforcing rings. The top is long gone.
I can still remember an old barn standing there. The traffic is quite heavy on this section of road, but there's a wide shoulder to park.
