This memorial is found in Ashtabula County Jefferson, Ohio. It is a vietnam-era helicopter. There is an inscription on a large rock that reads, "In Honor of those who served their country". Dedication was May 30th 2005. However, the helicopter itself has been there for many years. The helicopter was donated to Jefferson Village and a boy scout troop has made it an attractive location with handicap accessibility. The link below will take you to a local newspaper article of a boy scout troop member making this site a project for a badge.
