This 1930's Greek revival mansion was built with one purpose...the man who had it built wanted his daughter to get married in the house and walk down the elegant staircase in the front foyer. The man had 2 sons...no daughters. He is saddened...but determined...so he waits and hopes that his granddaughter will agree to get married in this house...she obliges him and everything is set. The big day he has dreamed of for years is finally here...but the grandaughter and her soon-to-be husband never show...it turns out that they decided to elope instead. The news of this is more than he can handle...and he passes away...his dream is lost forever.
