This one hangs outside of "Bob's Quick Cuts" on Exchange Street in Titusville, PA. I would say this is an alley but according to the city we don't have any alleys. The one block street goes between Central street (Rt. 27) and Spring street (Rt. 8). There is no place to park on Exchange Street so you will want to park on one of the other streets, by the way the streets are all one way so if you have any trouble you will have to drive around the block or just park and walk back.
Bob has been in this location for about a year now after being forced out of his last spot by the landlord who wanted to use the space for himself. Another neat thing about this spot is that several "B" or below movies where shot in or around it.
