The Town of Vinland was incorporated in 1849. The Town publishes a Biyearly news letter for its residents. You can even buy advertizing in the news letter. There are two cemeteries in the town, Brooks and Allenville, as well as a town hall and a volunteer fire department. Oh! Yes can't forget the local bar and grill, Vinland Still & Grill they even have there own web site, www.vinlandstill.net and there on FACEBOOK Vin Still N Grill.
