The legacy of Braves Field lives on today in the form of Nickerson Field, hub of Boston University athletics

This plaque erected August 6, 1988 by Boston University, Society for American Baseball Research, and New England Sports Museum

This site shows that some of Braves Field still stands, including the entrance structure. Starting in 2004, it became the home of the Boston Cannons (Major League Lacrosse). Boston University dropped their football program following the 1997 season, but their lacrosse, soccer, and field hockey teams still play there.
