During October in the millennium we had some some horrible weather and the River Medway broke its banks and flooded the surrounding areas. The water level is recorded on the side of the pump house beside the locks

What type of marker?: Carved horizontal line with arrows at each end and the date above it

When did this occur?: October 2000
