I am having trouble getting more information on this building but I did get one fellow to tell me that it was built around 1969 and has been used for the most part for storage. It does have gas and electric and at present houses exercise equipment.

Stopping by to take pictures is just fine but please no entering unless someone is around to ask.

The cool part of this one is that you are getting 2 buildings for the price of 1.
