Started in 1927, the restaurant has changed over the years. What began as a simple hot dog stand for bridge workers now serves hot dogs, hamburgers, fries and ice cream. Louis Leousis and his wife Beatrice (Nee Vlachos) bought the place in the 60s and it is still run by their son.
