Located on Seminary ave, the complex takes up about a square city block.
The renovators did a great job of keeping the historic building looking authentic, while adding some stunning decorative touches.
The original opening of the typewriter factory was April, 1910. Emerson typewriters, as well as Woodstock typewriters were manufactured here.
