The memorial sits directly across the street from the firehouse...the fireman's auxiliary placed the memorial in 1955. The park is always well-maintained. There is a gazebo nearby and an old railroad caboose that is an icecream stand. A small playground is located here as well. An original train station is just down the block and is now a great, little diner. It is a nice, quaint park in a sleepy, little town.
