This is the new headquarters building for the Salt Lake County System. It will be named "West Jordan Library & Event Center" and will include library administration offices and a large event auditorium.
The new building is at 1825 West 8030 South, at the south end of Veterans Memorial Park. The facility will be a “green” building, constructed to LEED specifications, and promises to be a dynamic, centrally located community space for the entire county.
Construction will be complete in the spring of 2012.
