This marker is for a former boater by the name of Charles Speer. The Groundskeeper I spoke to told me that he was friends with Mr. Speers and that he was a very avid fisherman. This is one of the most unique markers I have ever seen. It features an authentic replica of his own Chris Craft boat on the top of the marker.
