Built in 1911, the Queen Street Viaduct replaced an early stone bridge. The decorative art done by Eldon Garnet in 1996 is called Time: And A Clock. It features a clock and the phrase "this river I step in is not the river I stand in". The clock itself no longer works. The bridge carries cars, pedestrians and street cars.
