Listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The NPS database calls this Methodist Episcopal Church of Isle La Motte, a/k/a United Methodist Church of Isle La Motte.

The brass plaque calls it Old Stone Church.

At any rate, the plaque goes on to describe that it was built by stonemason James Ritchie in 1843, and that it also served as Town Hall and a school until 1892.
