The is a large parking lot and a short trail to the Grandview Overlook. From the overlook there is a view of the 65-foot high Lower Mesa Falls in the canyon nearly 500 feet below in the Henrys Fork canyon. A small part of Upper Mesa Falls and a rising mist is also visible.
This is a major viewpoint on the 27 mile long Mesa Falls Scenic Byway.
