This land, along with the golf course land across the river, was donated to the City of Racine by Sam Johnson (of S.C. Johnson - a.k.a. Johnson Wax). This has nice prairie and woodlands, as well as a small pond. The Root River forms the eastern boundary. Park in the lot at the coordinates, then walk the 1/3 mile east down the dirt road to the park - but keep Rover out of the farm fields on either side of the dirt road.
