Station Three, located at the corner of Arapahoe and 30th Street, was built in 1965 to provide services to central Boulder. This is one of the the city’s busiest stations. Because of the neighboring park, the city does not have the ability to renovate and expand this building. The city would like to build a new facility that is not located in the flood plain of Boulder Creek.
