This playground is the very first "boundless playground" in the state of Indiana. It was dedicated in June 2011. Taylor's Dream was the brainchild of an 11-year-old able-bodied girl named Taylor wanting to provide a recreational area for all children, including those in wheelchairs.
Taylor's dream became reality as the playground idea was picked up by the city and built. Taylor was 14 at the time of completion of the park.
The playground includes a 100% ramped playground structure, swings, a large splash park, a picnic pavelion, a small dinosaur statue play structure, and a variety of other play equipment.
