Benchmark: Yosemite's Happy Isles' Split Rock - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

At Yosemite National Park, go to the Happy Isles. Cross the stone bridge and head along the main hiking trail head that will take you to the Vernal and Nevada Falls, Half Dome, etc. At the bridge that was removed following the Great Flood, look for the giant split "rock". The benchmark is on the side of the facing the river.

(If you look to the left of the benchmark, you'll see a High Water mark on the rock from the Great Flood.)
