This waymark involves visiting the Bonnechere Caves to learn about solution caves. The caves are private property and are only accessible by taking a guided tour during the operational period between May and October.

The Bonnechere caves are an example of a karst feature. Discovered in 1853 the caves were first entered and explored in 1953. By 1955 they were opened as a tourist attraction by the family that still owns the land today!

There is an admission fee for the underground tour, but you are allowed the run of the surface!
