The base of this fountain (WMBRA8) ..and the wall adjacent to it have a mosaic floral and geometric pattern.
There is no information at the site about the artist.
Note that the left part of the "wall" is actually a utility box which has been painted to look exactly like and a continuation of the mosaic portion of the wall.
