Don't plan on a direct visit to this one. The sliding rocks look awful precarious. There may be a way to get closer than the highway, but I recall seeing gates.

Waymark coordinates do point to the letter itself on U.S. Forest Service land, but it can be viewed just fine from most places in Brigham City.

Reference coordinates for parking do not indicate a trailhead, but simply a nice open area to stop and take a picture.
