The mural depicts three puppets on a stage with an audience consisting of sealife- whales, orca, squid, nautili, jellyfish, etc.
Over the stage we see the words- "Live Bait Theater". In fact, a theater by that name is somewhere near this site at 3914 N. Clark Street- but wasn't noticed by the poster of this waymark.
There is no information about the artist or date at the site. The mural seems to be at least a few years old since there is significant damage due to apparent chipping of the cement wall.
